大宗商品海外业务经理

工作职责

Responsibilities:
1、根据公司发展目标,结合当地大宗商品市场情况(如能源化工产品、农产品原料、矿产品、有色金属、机电配件、新能源等),制定业务规划,推动业务发展。
According to the company's development goals, combined with the local commodity market conditions(such as energy chemical products, agricultural raw materials, mineral products, non-ferrous metals, mechanical and electrical accessories, new energy and so on), formulate business plans and promote business development.
2、负责上游资源、下游客户的开发和维护,负责重大合同谈判、履约,做好头寸管理。
2. Developing and maintaining related resources and customers and taking charge of the negotiation and performance of major contracts, including position sizing.
3、组建业务团队,带领团队实现业务增长,稳固海外业务。
3. Setting up a business team and lead the team to achieve business growth and stabilizing overseas business.

任职资格

任职要求:
Requirements:
1、5年以上大宗商品供应链贸易经验,有国际业务经验者优先。
1. More than 5 years of commodity supply chain trading experience, international business experience is preferred.
2、在大宗商品供应链贸易领域具有良好人脉和商业关系,渠道资源丰富,对业务各个环节的运作具有扎实的经验。
2. In the field of commodity supply chain trading, have good contacts and business relations, rich channel resources, and solid experience in all aspects of business operation.
3、有较好的业务开拓能力和管理能力,能适应不同管理文化和市场文化。

4、中文及英语水平良好,有常驻海外工作经验,熟悉当地经贸政策、行业资讯、市场信息,可适应频繁境外出差及长期外派。
4. Excellent Chinese and English skills, resident experience in Africa and South America, familiar with local economic and trade policies, industry information, market information, can adapt to frequent overseas business trips and long-term assignments.
